Whether you need cash to remodel your home or to free up disposable income by consolidating bills, a home equity loan may be a great option for you.   A home equity loan provides you with cash by leveraging the equity in your home: the value of your home minus any mortgage debt.

At Army Aviation Center Federal Credit Union, the home equity loans feature no closing costs*, fixed rates up to 15 years, and you can borrow up to 95%** of the value of the home, less any existing mortgages.  You may even qualify for a tax deduction for your interest payments to help your money go further.  (Check with your tax advisor for details.)  For additional mortgage information, click here.
